“How I started learning burpees? How to jump both the legs out? My hip will drop after jumping back the legs! “
Many people actually don’t know how or rather have this fear of jumping the legs out.
I’m sure all of you know how to do plank. So, core engage like how you normally do plank. Try practise number 1 & 2. Then you can proceed to basic burpees before you add in the chest- to - ground.
If you are still contemplating, getting tagged by friends and still struggle to start the challenge, I urge you, practise these at home. Try it for few days, then start your day 1!
For those who are already in the challenge, you can do the 1 & 2 to improve your burpees too.
These are very good cardio workout.
